My story
Of clay, sun and a touch of magic
Even as a child I was drawn to everything made by hand, and somewhere inside I longed to create from clay. I finally gave myself that joy in 2016 — and ceramics has stayed with me ever since.
Most of all I model little angels — that is my heart's theme. Now and then an animal or a fairy-tale being slips in among them: a princess, a jester, a little devil. I always want each piece to be sweet, a little naïve, and to carry a touch of humour.
Every figure passes through my hands several times: clay, shaping, the first firing, painting and the second firing. I work slowly and with care, so that no piece feels static — so it tells its own story and stirs a memory or an emotion.
